Museum Quality Storage
ELY provides high security, climate controlled museum quality storage for your collections, monitored seven days weeks, twenty four hours a day. Our staff will work with you to develop storage solutions customized to fit your needs.
Registrar
ELY offers registrarial services for traveling exhibitions, relocations and storage. We work closely with in-house staff and project managers to provide coordination in all aspects of collection management and care.
Courier
ELY staff will act as courier for your shipments, making sure that crates are properly handled during loading, transit and offloading, via land or air. We will also provide escort assistance and make arrangements for your designated couriers.
Transportation Coordination
ELY will schedule and coordinate your transportation needs, giving you the options for price and level of service with several transit companies, including ground, air, foreign and domestic.
Rigging
ELY offers rigging and supervision of rigging services locally and nationwide. We will provide the expertise that assures proper handling of artifacts and correct use of material during movement of large pieces.
Consultation and Training
ELY has an ongoing commitment to develop, teach and share best practice standards in art handling. We offer training and workshops upon request for individuals or groups from your staff, to improve handling skills and knowledge of materials used in art handling.
Conservation
ELY provides conservation services with in-house conservators as well as through partnering with adjunct experts. Our conservation services can be scheduled to meet your needs either on site or at the ELY office in a secure, climate controlled space.
